Founder

James has contributed to more than 1,800 major projects. Drawing inspiration from the natural world, he is recognised globally as a leader in high-end problem solving, innovation, and design.
With more than 25 years in science and engineering consultancy, James brings extensive mathematical expertise, leadership, and both academic and industry experience. He is regarded as a world authority in high-load structural connection design and remains dedicated to research, development, and challenging established scientific paradigms.
He has held professorships and fellowships at leading universities internationally and across Australia and New Zealand and has been engaged by top-tier organisations in sectors including banking and finance, defence, mining, civil engineering, healthcare, motorsports, energy, and infrastructure.
Angela Wang

Angela is a trained architect and has worked on over 100 projects in both the public and private sector. She has delivered projects from strategy to delivery in a range of companies from architecture, construction to software development.
Through her career, she has worked in many interdisciplinary teams which has helped her develop a thorough understanding of various industries to deliver the most innovative solution for the client. She is driven to ensure all projects are delivered through a complimentary and environmental lens.
Dr. Jackson Clarke
Chief Technology Officer

Jackson leads the design and implementation of the company’s advanced computing infrastructure and high-performance server systems.
He specialises in mathematics, full-stack development, and predictive analytics, ensuring projects—from modular server clusters to proprietary platforms like Nidus—are optimised for efficiency, scalability, and computational performance.
Jackson combines scientific rigour with hands-on engineering to deliver innovative solutions across data-driven, infrastructure, and technology projects.

Andrew founded Metier3, a Melbourne-based practice recognised for its expertise in technically advanced and commercially focused architectural design.
The firm’s data centre portfolio spans Melbourne, Sydney, Perth and Canberra, working with global engineering partners and sophisticated clients to deliver efficient and highly engineered facilities.
Directly involved in the commercial development of challenging sites, Andrew has a deep understanding of the full project lifecycle—from feasibility to construction and delivery—ensuring projects are completed efficiently and aligned with client objectives, particularly in technically demanding environments such as data centres and mission-critical infrastructure.
Adam Beasley
Executive Director

Adam is a project delivery professional with more than 20 years of experience across electrical infrastructure, construction, property and investment.
His experience spans electrical and communications infrastructure, data systems, heating and cooling systems, project management, estimating, procurement and the coordination of complex projects from initial concept through to completion. He has also delivered private school projects on a design-and-construct basis, bringing together technical requirements, consultants, contractors and operational needs within demanding live environments.
Alongside his construction background, Adam has extensive experience in property investment and development, private lending, and assessing projects from both commercial and financial perspectives. This has developed a strong practical understanding of feasibility, risk, capital allocation and efficient project delivery.
Adam brings a commercially focused, hands-on perspective to fintech and data centre projects, helping bridge the gap between technology, finance, construction and real-world implementation.
